Marc. It strikes me that your project is formally very conceptual.
I then relook at it and see how its proportions relate to the surrounding fabric. Can you respond more to the different sides of the carpark? Your square cut then seems unaffected by the context around it. Try to use the context as a forceful influence too. This may be the shape of the Dean's office building, or the fall of the topography in one direction, rather than another.
The section is still like a carpark, you need to really play with drawing techniques and volumetric design to give it richness. In plan I think it all has some aura, but on a sectional consideration, the project is rather static.. Play with thicknesses, materials, look at 1:5 and 1:20...
