These patterns can't be underestimated. It's beautiful. Perhaps like the Nolly map of Rome you should render the existing buildings in the same way, this might forefront the structure of the new and contextual.
Not at all convinced with your elevations, these need a concerted week of study, experiment, testing, critique...
I'd like to see your sections get worked up at the next scale, these are still 1/200. Can you bring a sense of materiality in? Sunlight? Shade? The social connections??
You have a very strong, welcoming entrance to Flinders, but what is your position on the laneway or the Chapter House?
