Your drawings are starting to look good Stan. The architecture is becoming stronger. The elevations/sections really need to have the surrounding buildings around them to show how your proposal is sitting. You need to be able to show how your proposal is responding to the context. Don't draw anything that is not actually there, like the tree in your South Elevation. Consider what makes your building specifically appropriate to this site. You need to go further into 1:50 and 1:20 drawings now, showing materiality and construction assembly that also reinforces your ideas.
